Digital technologies require new business models and behaviors, but how do you manage these changes effectively? Together with you, I develop approaches to keep your company competitive and to navigate safely through demanding change processes. I design communication, culture, structures and processes with you. Your employees and managers are the focus and play an active role.

The ability to innovate is currently the number one competitive advantage. Anyone looking for new, sustainable ideas needs to know what the customer needs. In my design thinking workshops, you will experience how to find this out and integrate it into your work processes. In addition to the individual phases of design thinking, you will learn which mindset is helpful and how to develop innovative products, services and concepts that are tailored to the needs of your customers.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT & NEW LEADERSHIP.
How can leadership remain credible in a world of constant change? And what do teams sometimes have to unlearn in order to live more independence and self-organization? I support you in creating the framework conditions so that teams can develop their potential, conflicts are reduced and good communication is promoted. Finding a fit with your corporate culture is an important step so that the team and leadership become effective in the long term.
NEW WORK & AGILE WORKING
New Work is the expression of organizational development away from rigid work models towards flexible value-adding processes that deliberately give employees creative freedom. Self-organization, an open error culture and agile working offer new, fresh possibilities here, but must be used in a targeted manner in order to create an effect. I accompany you in finding the set of agile methods and working methods that suit your organization.

Sometimes it takes more than one workshop. Whether you have a professional or personal concern, I am ready to look deeper with you. In individual coaching sessions, old, stuck and blocking thought and behavior patterns can be made visible and released. This enables a "transformation from within", so that decisions can be made with new strength and clarity and the necessary energy is there to tackle changes authentically.

About me
I love getting to the bottom of things.
Whether in individual coaching, in team development or in advising large organizations: it is important to me to come across the core issues that block development and change. Once these are recognized, real transformation succeeds and the way is clear for new ideas and structures. My many years of working in and with large companies help me to always be practical and concrete; my experience as a therapist, to have the necessary intuition and tools so that people can open up and become active.
